Indoor Rowing – Chesapeake Boathouse

All levels of experience are welcome in these high energy workouts led by USRowing Level 2 certified coaches. Sessions offer a chance to learn technique and build your endurance. The class session will utilize a combination of both steady state and power sessions for a fun, full-body workout. In the extended evening class, you will also work on core exercises and run through a cool down stretch.
