Youth Rowing Camps

Summer Rowing Camps in Oklahoma City for Grades 6-12

RIVERSPORT Youth Rowing Camps are week-long rowing camps in Oklahoma City for students in grades 6-12, held on the Oklahoma River in the downtown Boathouse District. These camps introduce youth to the sport of rowing and help returning rowers build skills and confidence on the water.

Novice Learn to Row Camps

Learn the basics of rowing in our week long camps!  Campers will row in various boats on the Oklahoma River in the downtown Boathouse District.  Rowing camps are a great introduction to the sport of rowing. No prior experience is needed.

Youth who enjoy getting on the water and want to row more can join us for Intermediate Rowing Camp and/or join the Youth Rowing Program!

Intermediate Rowing Camps

Improve your rowing skill in our week-long Intermediate Rowing Camp. Campers will continue developing fundamental technique in singles as well as larger boats.  Coaches will give campers the opportunity to explore new and more advanced drill work. This camp is perfect for rowers from Novice Rowing Camp, the Youth Rowing League, and Middle School Junior Crew!

High School Small Boat Camp

Introduce your children to the incredible sport of rowing and also to highlight the joy of being outside, on the water, and having fun. Our nationally competitive program sends athletes to collegiate rowing programs yearly and focuses heavily on developing and teaching young people to be process-oriented, instead of results-oriented.  We bring that process-oriented development to camp while making friends and having fun.
