Athlete Registration

All individual athlete and team entries will occur virtually through a custom online registration portal hosted by ALGE-Timing and powered by Memosoft-Software Tailors whose impressive global timing and results portfolio includes several ICF Canoe Sprint World Championship events.

Before beginning the registration process, please compile the following information for each competitor: name, birthdate, valid ACA Competition Individual Member number, t-shirt size, gender.

Unaffiliated individual entrants are encouraged to join a recognized ACA Paddle America Club and enter through its designated entry representative. Unaffiliated individual entrants are permitted to enter as Unaffiliated through the online registration portal, but must note special instructions for unaffiliated individual entrants.

The online registration portal is now open and expected to close on August 9, 2021.

Entry Fee

As determined by the ACA, the Sprint National Championships event entry fee is $250 per athlete regardless of the number of events entered. Entry fees are non-refundable.

The Sprint National Championships event entry fee includes a commemorative t-shirt (of the size selected during the athlete registration process) and a single-athlete ticket to the ACA Sprint National Championships Awards Banquet.

The RIVERSPORT Foundation seeks to assure that no youth are deprived of the opportunity to compete for want of financial means. Limited need-based financial aid funds to help defray the costs of the ACA Sprint National Championships event entry fees are available by application. ACA Sprint National Championships Financial Aid applications are due by August 6. Applicants will be notified by August 9 when funds are automatically applied to team or individual invoices.

Payment

Athlete entry fees are due (postmarked) by August 13, 2021. Each ACA Paddle America Club will receive a bill at the close of athlete registration on August 10 for its total team entry fees due. Unaffiliated individual entrants will receive an individual invoice for individual entry fees due.

Additional Banquet Tickets & T-Shirts

Each athlete entered in the Sprint National Championships will receive a commemorative t-shirt and a single-athlete ticket to the ACA Sprint National Championships Awards Banquet.

Each recognized ACA Paddle America Club that enters at least three athletes will receive one complimentary banquet ticket and t-shirt for its coach. At 10 registered athletes, two complimentary coach banquet tickets and t-shirts will be provided. At 20 registered athletes, three complimentary coach banquet tickets and t-shirts will be provided.

Additional banquet tickets can be pre-purchased for staff, friends, family, and supporters online through August 14 for $35 here.

A limited quantity of commemorative t-shirts will be available for purchase on-site during the ACA National Championships on Saturday, August 21.
