Explore | Group Paddles, Runs, Rides

RIVERSPORT “Explore” group paddles, runs and rides are offered throughout the March to October season. Some are free, others are paid and all are free with membership. All group excursions have limited capacity and reservations are required.

Ages 12+
$40 • Free for members (registration required)

Join paddlers for this leisurely Saturday morning paddle at Lake Overholser, then kick back at the Trailhead Cafe for coffee, conversation – and breakfast if all that paddling whipped up your appetite. Includes kayak rental and a guide who leads the group.

Grab a kayak and jump on the water as the sun breaks over the horizon in the Boathouse District. Includes kayak rental and a guide who leads the group.

Evening paddling excursions at Lake Overholser offer incredible sunsets and peaceful vibes as the sun sinks below the horizon. Includes your kayak rental and a guide who leads the group into the Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge a short paddle away from the Lake Overholser Boathouse.

Wednesdays at Devon Boathouse, Downtown Boathouse District

Take to the water and experience the spectacular colors as the sun begins to set on the Oklahoma River. Includes your kayak rental and a guide who will lead your excursion.

Runs & Rides

Runs & Rides are typically free and are held on the Oklahoma City trail system. These may begin/end Downtown in the Boathouse District, at Lake Overholser or Lake Hefner. Join our RIVERSPORT Explore Facebook Group to see when these are offered
