Extreme Slalom and ICF Canoe Slalom Ranking Race

Extreme Slalom makes its debut at the Paris Games in 2024 – but Oklahoma City will be showcasing it just prior to the World Party as part of the Oklahoma Paddlesport Festival! The ICF Canoe Slalom Ranking Race will feature top slalom athletes dropping 12 feet into whitewater, then paddling head-to-head completing turns, combat rolls and other maneuvers as they race to the finish. The event – sans drop – also serves as an ICF Canoe Slalom Ranking Race open to American Canoe Association (ACA) athletes.
