Learn to stand up paddle board (SUP) in our Discover SUP experience at Lake Overholser. You’ll learn how to find the right size paddle, move your paddle through the water to go forward, stop and reverse, and how to get on and off the board in different water scenarios. SUP is a great way to build core strength, balance, and see the local water ways from a new perspective.
