OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (October, 2024) – The Oklahoma Regatta Festival returns to the Oklahoma River from Oct. 4-6, 2024, marking the 20th anniversary of the Oklahoma City University (OCU) Head of the Oklahoma Regatta.
