Head Coach | Program Manager for OKC RIVERSPORT Juniors and Masters Rowing
An Oklahoma native, Dinah Harjo walked on to the women's rowing team at Oklahoma City University where she rowed all four-years and graduated with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. After graduation, she began coaching for OKC RIVERSPORT Junior Crew and in the spring of 2016 became the Youth Outreach Coordinator for RIVERSPORT. During her three-years as Youth Outreach Coordinator, Dinah introduced rowing to over 10,000 elementary and middle school students across Oklahoma part of a multi-year grant from the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Dinah is the varsity girls coach for OKC RIVERSPORT and currently sits on the USRowing Junior High Performance Committee."

Varsity Boys, Head Coach
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Cian Noone learned to row and coach at Neptune Rowing Club. After being the Varsity Boys Head Coach at Neptune Rowing club in 2015, he became the assistant coach at Trinity College Dublin, primarily coaching the novice women’s team. After winning the Novice Women’s 8+ at the Irish Championships in 2016, Cian moved to Boston to take on the role of varsity boys’ coach at Arlington Belmont Crew in 2017. While working in Boston he also coached the masters, scullers and junior summer programs at Riverside Boat Club in Cambridge, MA. During his time in Boston, his juniors won the Massachusetts Public Schools varsity eight championship in 2018, as well as placing in A-finals at the 2018 US Rowing Youth National Championships and the Royal Canadian Henley in the men’s pair. After his time in Boston, he became the assistant coach for Mercyhurst University lightweight men’s and open women’s team where the team won numerous Dad Vail gold medals in 2019 as well as sending a lightweight four to the IRA National Championship.”

Novice Boys, Head Coach
Matt Gutierrez is an Oklahoma native who joined the program in 2012 and was among some of OKC RIVERSPORT’s most successful crews throughout the years, culminating in a silver medal at the 2017 US Rowing Youth National championships in the men’s four. Shortly after this success on the water, Matt began coaching as an assistant for the varsity boys team. He has worked with virtually every program at RIVERSPORT including youth rowing leagues, corporate rowing leagues, high performance and is now focusing his attention on the novice program and the masters as head coach.
