INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

If an athlete needs an invitation letter, s/he must contact Tamara Adelberg at least 60 days before competition; please include your legal name and passport number. If you are within that window and are still needing assistance, please email as soon as possible.

At this time, any foreign national entering the US is required to provide:

Covid pre-testing to enter the US has been eliminated as of Sunday, June 12, at 12:01 p.m.

ACA is working on a potential travel waiver for certain categories that do not meet these requirements, but as mentioned above do not have one now.

Visa appointments and processing are extremely delayed due to COVID-related backlogs at US consular posts. We would encourage anyone who needs a visa to apply as soon as possible to get into the system. If they apply and don’t receive an appointment date that works for them, they can go back into the system and apply for an expedited appointment. After that, if they still have not received an appointment date that works for them, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.
