Small Boat Skills Rowing Camp

Ages 14-18
Boathouse District

Throughout this week-long camp athletes will develop technique and racing skills exclusively in small boats. Athletes will row in singles, doubles, and pairs – both sweepers and scullers are welcome! Small boat rowing is important to many collegiate programs, and can help athletes have a better feel for moving 8+s too. Based out of the Chesapeake Boathouse in the Oklahoma City Boathouse District, campers will have access to a top of the line fleet of Vespoli, Hudson, and Wintech boats along with Concept II Skinny and Croker oars.

Camp includes:
Video review with camp head coach
500 meter NightSprints racing under the lights on the last night of camp
3 meals daily (starting with Sunday dinner)
Oklahoma City Rowing t-shirt
Housing (24/7 supervision from an RA)
One fun afternoon off for whitewater rafting and zip-lining…in the Oklahoma City Boathouse District!

The Small Boat Skills Rowing Camp will return in 2018!
